The management has your best interest in heart, whether that’s growing into place or moving up. The work load is light, and overall is a fun environment to work in. You have great compensation. However for smaller stores with little foot traffic, it’s hard to hit store plan and make commission. I’d love to see more involvement in store associates being apart of meeting managers of all levels, and having more availability to get your name out of the door (if you are wanting to move up in the industry). It’s been the best workplace I’ve ever had the pleasure of being in. There’s so many dynamics that go into the job other than selling that make the job less than ideal. Having a manager that actually did their job might help, but we unfortunately lack that. Commission is a joke bc you won’t see it here.
