This is a nice little part time job, as long as you're not looking for a full 40-hour work week. Expect to work 20ish hours maximum. It's a neat little office job, some clerical work, but mostly you'll be handing out coupons to customers and selling Tanger memberships. Management is super pleasant and fun to work with. When we shut down a few months for COVID, they continued to pay us our usual pay to help supplement us through the shut down. I really appreciated that, it feels as if Tanger really cares about its employees. From the CEO to the Office Administrator. The culture is amazing, the leadership from the TOP down is impeccable. I am an Office Administrator and I love my role, I enjoy my small office family. My General Manager and Assistant General Manager are a wealth of knowledge and they are always sharing information and teaching me everything they know. The most enjoyable part of this job is seeing the look on a Happy Customers face after they have indulged in some retail therapy. From the moment I started, I knew I made the right decision.
