What is the best part of working at the company?
The only best part for working for this company is that they pay on time.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Everything about working for this company is stressful, they want to pa money but buy your life entirely. They call you at anytime and you will be like a talabat/ noon delivery boy . The only difference is you will be wearing a blue coverall
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The culture is extremely toxic , in my location there were a couple of kazakistani people in the management who completely were manupulating the show, they want to recruit their guys there and run it their way, it is very suprising that a company like SLB encourages this sort of manupulative behaviour
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressed , unclear about what I will be facing

The job was good as I liked it very much as I was moved to a few different sites to work at the schlumbercher staff were really to nice people to work with I was sad when I left there but I left to become my dad’s full time carer

I had the best team to work with. There was an overall feeling that you matter and your mental health mattered as well throughout my experience with the company.

Plenty of opportunity for hours
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Chaotic hours and sometimes little rest.
Obviously this is at odds with the "good hours" pros.
It sort of comes with the territory

fast paced, chaotic, stressful, need to succeed
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Cementing oil wells, not much else to it unless you count the work related to that.

Les moyens sont considérables quand la conjoncture est favorable. Travailler en R&D chez Schlumberger c'est très motivant (collègues compétents, matériel récent, ...)
Cependant quand le marché est en baisse, cela peut se traduire par des licenciements assez importants.

worst hr policy

I was not even informed formally from the management regarding my rejection, no proper response from the management or HR and this company even did not gave my internship completion certificate even after messaging and mailing HR's multiple time and not knowing why you are rejected is the worst nightmare for me even I have given my best, it took me couple of months to get back to normal.
