Amazing compensation and benefits. Great coworkers. Rewarding work with teams across the company. Long hours, and in-office policy. No clear pathways for growth or promotion. Little interest in developing talent for industry-wide opportunities. You will have to find and create your own pathways to develop your skills so that it is relevant outside the company.

Amazing benefits and perks

I worked there for a few years and even though there was a lot of growing pains for the company at the time, it was still a fun place to work. The hours eventually got to me though because it was 12 hour days. Also we had a new manager every couple months so the rules and procedures were constantly changing due to high turnover.
