Love it but….
|
The tv has had a few bugs. Once a green screen when turned on and a another time a black screen. Both times, unplugging the tv and plugging it back in took care of the problem. Hopefully that will be the end of it

Nice tv

Bought it to replace another Sony Bravia.
It seems you can't change channels because there are no number buttons.
You must scroll all the way up or down.
Called Sony tech support and he verified that. Seems like they went backwards on this must used everyday feature.

Great right out of the box

Surprising sound quality. Haven’t hooked it up to an audio system yet and may not bother to do so. For a bedroom tv the sound quality is great!!!!

Great natural colors, just right for our wants

I did research, and there is a lot of TV comparisons out there. Some too technical to understand or believe it really matters. Upgraded from 55, this 65 inch is perfectly mounted on the wall for viewing at all angles. Easy to set up like the Google Platform. Picture quality is as described, natural tones for streaming movies is great, nothing compromised in watching lots of sports. Been a long time since I owned a Sony, but I know they stand behind their products. Don't trust new companies on the scene, which cater primarily to gamers. Make the adjustments as recommended via various You Tubers, it gets it dialed into your liking. Hope to enjoy this TV for a long time and not spend a fortune.

great sound quality glareing error Due to battery

battaries died just outside warrenty. While the sound quality was great the battarie issue was an extreme annoyence that i would not expect from a product of this price.

Good Sound But Horrible Fitment
|
I bought these almost a month ago and within the first two weeks my ears started hurting. The fitment is really bad and can only be worn about 1-2hrs tops. The only good thing is the sound. I've tried texting customer service for a refund and still a month later not received a response.
