- Lots of cool technical challenges and ways to evolve the platform
- Company all hands and communications on the bets help show what all teams are working toward

- Top down approach to management
- Really hard to get promoted or even to switch teams
- Several re-orgs in short time span
- Lack of a unified vision/ and when a vision is presented, it's unclear if those teams are actually being sufficiently supported
- Salary is lower than the industry standard and some younger employees are definitely underpaid

Muitas pessoas boas e talentosas para conhecer, compartilhar e receber conhecimento. Uma empresa que gosta sim de agradar seus funcionários com alguns benefícios triviais, mimos e muitas bem boas também além de te dar muita liberdade.

Porém, é uma empresa que não estabelece critérios claros e nem dão feedbacks verdadeiros quando me refiro aos chefes latam e global. Parece que estão sempre tentando baseado no gut feeling deles e mudam qualquer coisa a hora que quiserem sem uma explicação válida. Os diretores BR são pessoas transparentes, mas o D Team e os heads globais são pessoas que tomam decisões drásticas com clara falta de planejamento e cuidado. Eles autorizam gastar muito dinheiro com os funcionários e depois simplesmente cortam porque falam que estão cortando gastos... Sobre os funcionários, existem muitas mal intencionadas sim, tomem cuidado com esses vendedores arrogantes.
