Stable company with until recently great work/life balance. Was good pay until recently as well. Nice people but most are not motivated to do anything outside of their tasks.

State Street is a heirarchal based company, titles mean more than experience. Constant employee surveys wondering how they can improve but never do. C Level inundated with incompetence due to focus on diversity. Budget issues every single year, every year. Re-org after re-org, constant changing of reporting lines.

Tech Leadership in Alpha needs to be more closely scrutinized as they don't represent any of your values. Threats about how employees fill out surveys should not be tolerated.
