The processes are outdated so it takes a long time to get work done. The compensation is low. The management talks about bringing in change but in my two years, I haven't seen a single change in the processes. Lots of office politics.

Work life balance is very good and the compensation is very well compared to the market standards also there is a good amount of bonus given at the end of each year compared to the other companies for the corresponding roles apart from that they early increments are also good which is around 10% yearly
