Cannot complain, my experience only-if a management employee typically do not get paid overtime, have more flexibility. Work hard, make customers happy & find a mentor if you want to move up the ladder. Lots have changed since BellSouth was acquired by SW Bell, to become AT&T. Benefits of retirees ( or really laid off ) have been cut way down. It was not the same company after a few years. Still, if you have a technical background or education, should have no problem getting a job, and opportunities to learn different applications, they’ll pay for certifications, get them and then, if career track gets stalled- you could go anywhere. But I had to move on. Unrealistic goals for location I was at Yamato store in Boca Raton FL. Fun atmosphere and a great group of people. Benefits were good. Pay was acceptable. Stress was high at times. As an Admin I see show bad the company has treated the workers and to be making as much money ATT does it was time for me to leave, ethical are values don't match. The work is nonstop with little guidance from higher ups and no sense of direction. Bounces have dropped and things the company has taught me is very little.
