There are always clients, and you can fill your calendar as much as you want, very quickly.

They really need to reconsider the amount they pay therapists. It's a pay scale- The first 5 hours you work are at $30 per hour, the next 5 are at $35 per hour, ask the way up to $70 per hour for 35 hours or more. This sounds great, but you're limited to 45 minutes per session, and about 10 minutes' worth of messaging, if the client doesn't respond to the message. That means that in most cases, your going to top out at 55 minutes per person per week, and that's if you wrote them a book along with their session. It's VERY hard to get to that 35 hours per week mark.

PLEASE increase the pay scale. $70 per hour is great, but hardly anyone can reach that. Even starting the pay scale at $40 instead of $30 would make a huge difference, and keep more qualified therapists on board longer. I would also bring back some kind of bonuses, other than the ones that are so hard to achieve (getting licensed out of state, for example). There used to be a longevity bonus, which increased the rate with clients that were on service longer. Something along those lines would be good for therapist retention.
