You can pretty much call out and be late as much as you want, they literally just hope you show up. Very understaffed, but still have the expectations to do work of 4 people by yourself. Disrespectful and entitled guests. Raises are based on attendance, but even then if you are a hard worker it's not really recognized or appreciated. Lifting heavy items for guests all day. Don't let guests be able to press "I'm here" right after pressing "I'm on my way", instead make them wait additional 2-3 minutes so we can get their order ready. Be considerate of what weather conditions we have to work in and let us stop drive up if it gets too hot, windy, or rainy. Nobody wants to be outside in that weather for such little pay.
