Area leader & above show favoritism. They micro manage you. You will not utlize your leadership skills here. Certain Store leaders dont follow up with reviews or succession planning, yet they move ahead. You will stay in your same role for years. You will pour your own money into things to bring in the sales and you wont get reinbursed, or noticed for your hard work. Company overall is missing the mark on consumer needs & even though you communicate this, corporate makes zero changes. They want you to constantly harass clients for sales. Awful environment. I had a store leader with zero backbone, didnt strategically plan, two-faced & didnt manage bad behaviors of others well.
