I recently interview with the Miami location. The interviewer was great. Then I was offer the job that I accepted. I went through the process of fingerprinting and background just to find out a month later then the position was filled. Keep in mind they have all my documents last that I heard I was waiting on ID. Just make sure to ask during the interview if the job is really available or are they just trying to fill a quota showing they have new hires. Oh no one from the corporate office can be contacted since the number does not work!

Get to work due your job and go home, not a fun place to work people are not friendly at times even the managers are not friendly. You have to do your work and tend to your own business. The hardest part of the job is working with unfriendly people, the culture is of many people the most enjoyable part of the job is when you have completed your job and go home. If you have issues your boss is not always the one to go to cos they are not fair. Personal also is not
fair they are unfair to many . There are lots of people there who sleep around with the workers even the manager's I can only speak for myself not for others that works there now are in the past. If you want a job with this company go for it don’t let my experience keep you from applying for a job. It does have benefits of free flying and it starts your first day of employment and your children and mother, husband, partner

Inept management, toxic senior agent politics, inept weak union, outsourced Human Resources center, antiquated attendance policy, unfeasible part time schedule, low introductory pay, high new employee turn over.

Toxic work environment and culture.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Hectic due to being understaffed. Many agents are burned out due to this. Trading and /or dropping shifts is a regular occurrence while picking up shifts are rare. Sacramento being a small station means less opportunities for growth while putting more responsibility on every agent to work all positions in the operation.
