It used to be good but things change and it’s not good anymore.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Work when you want. You meet fun and interesting people. You see places you have never seen before..
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
It takes forever to talk to uber support and most the time they are in another country and don’t understand English so they hang up on you or don’t know the answer. The pay is not enough considering you pay for your gas , maintenance, tires, inspections, and you put a lot of miles on your car. Before you realize it you are upside down and your car is falling apart. They do not honor what they tell you. It used to be good and I loved it but they have changed and they care nothing about you.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
You work for yourself basically except you pay out more than you bring home. You don’t realize this at first but you will.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful. They give you a trip 20 minutes away to take someone 5 minutes and drop another one like that on top of that one. If you cancel or don’t take them your rating drops.

Very very horrible company to work for and don’t advise anyone to work for them

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing. They steal drivers money and they cut the pay rate to 95% to drivers while Uber is keeping the rest and over charging riders

Uber sealing money from drivers

Horrible very very horrible and thieves
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Night time bc it’s the only way you can make a living off of it and pay your bills

Its good if you want to have time to do other stuff like studying. Other than that, I wouldn't drive for uber. Pay is not good after maintenance, gas , taxes.

Used to be good money, now Uber takes everything. In the beginning I could make 200 dollars in a few hours, every time they changed their policies it would only benefit them. 5 years later it took 12 hours to make 200 dollars

Nice to set your own schedule.

Pay used to be better, hourly wage can range from 10-18 an hour minus your gas. Better pay at night with the bar crowds. Still nice to set my own schedule just wish I knew if it was a 10 an hour day or 18.
