Including:</li><li>Researching information for large cases and tender documents to position them effectively</li><li>Ensuring completed quote meets broker requirements</li><li>Agreeing application of discount on quotes.</li><li>Positioning the quote letter based on needs / drivers of the customer and competition involved highlighting Unum’s unique selling points for the KAM (Key Account Manager).</li><li>Supporting the KAM in following up quotes and agreeing set parameter levels for each product. Ensure all quotes are followed up to maximise new business generation and capture information on Salesforce.com of the outcome of quotes in order to gain valuable competitor / market information.</li><li>Attending weekly meetings with the KAM to discuss and review work positions, progress against targets and current sales drivers. Joint Activity Plans are updated on a quarterly basis to reflect all of the above.</li><li>Supporting the retention of existing business in order to maximise revenue and enable block growth. Liaising internally where required and reacting to any sales or retention opportunities including the follow up of renewals and retests in conjunction with the KAM.
