As a Claims Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, as well as ensuring administrative tasks are delivered to a high standard, within deadlines.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>What will you bring?</b></p><p>You will be responsible for claim registrations, processing medical fees, issuing claim escalations, and supporting the wider claims team with timely gathering of information. Joint Activity Plans are updated on a quarterly basis to reflect all of the above.</li><li>Supporting the retention of existing business in order to maximise revenue and enable block growth.  Liaising internally where required and reacting to any sales or retention opportunities including the follow up of renewals and retests in conjunction with the KAM.
