This person will work closely with the entire value chain of business partners (investment, client service, marketing, consultant coverage, RFP and operational teams) to accomplish our business growth objectives. This new role is based in London.<br /> </p><p><b>Profile Description:</b></p><ul><li>Proactively contact new and existing clients in the region.</li><li>Maintain and partner with the Head of EMEA to expand existing client relationships by introducing new strategies.</li><li>Identify and cultivate prospects and/or clients and proactively identify new business opportunities.<br /> </li></ul><p><b>Knowledge & Experience:</b></p><ul><li>At least 10-12 years of work experience within the institutional asset management industry and preferably at a multi-strategy firm. </li><li>Undergraduate degree required.</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of complex Fixed Income and Solutions.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and effective teamwork skills.</li><li>Excellent awareness of interdepartmental relationships.</li><li>Strong project management, organizing, planning, and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and a background in creative problem solving.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment without compromising accuracy and quality of output.</li><li>Extensive project management experience (Prince 2 Qualification) a plus.</li><li>Superior written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.</li><li>Licensing is not a prerequisite, but are required within 90 days of filling the position.</li><li>Willingness to travel, as needed.</li></ul><p></p><p><span class="emphasis"><b><b>Be Well.
