<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">The Dock Clerk will be responsible for checking in and out trucks, managing the flow of trucks into and out of the building, auditing the yard, updating time critical documents, running reports, and communicating with various teams.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Physically check in and out all trailers entering/exiting the yard and log trailer status. Log includes trailer number, seal number, trailer status (full or empty), tractor number, load number, date and time.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Audit all inbound and outbound trailers on log sheet.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Arrive and/or dispatch the loads into warehouse, transportation and yard management systems.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Complete a daily yard check and reconcile the yard check with yard inventory.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Plan and communicate trailer movement in the yard to the switchers, dock managers, and transportation planners.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Direct drivers to appropriate locations in the yard for the drop-off and pick-up of trailers.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Ensure the completion of all required paperwork, records, and documentation.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Maintain a clean, safe work environment and a steady flow into the building.</li>

<li>The Warehouse Team Lead will assist your supervisor with managing and overseeing all the functions of the warehouse, warehouse associates, and ensuring smooth operations of all activities.</li>

<li>Ensure the proper use and accountability of tools.</li>
<li>Ensure hours and functions are recorded correctly (e.g. Time clocks)</li>
<li>Answer email/verbal questions in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Keep product moving and oversee the cleanliness of the department. This includes daily trash compacting.</li>

<p><strong>What You’ll Need</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Leadership and motivational skills and the ability to make decisions with little to no guidance based on policies or common sense.</li>
<li>Experienced in more than one department. Work areas include: receiving, inventory control, pick, pack, ship and return of product.</li>
<li>Experience with composing and replying to emails.</li>
<li>Power Equipment experience – Must be able to operate or willing to be trained on Powered Industrial Truck Operations (PITO).</li>
<li>Experience with creating and updating systems such as trouble tickets.</li>
<li>2+ working experience.</li>
<li>Must have excellent attendance.</li>
<li>Working understanding of WMS system. Understanding of High Jump is a plus.</li>
<li>Must be comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuvering product 150+ pounds unassisted or via team lift.</li>

<p><strong>Hourly Pay Rate</strong></p>
<p>$17.75 - $18.50/hour to start</p>

<li>Sunday - Tuesday&nbsp; 4:30pm - 3am</li>

<li>You will operate and utilize the Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, and Scanning equipment technology to locate and pick orders through the Warehouse Management System</li>
<li>Proactively monitoring order management systems to ensure that all orders have been received properly and that detailed descriptions are provided for any Overage/Shortage/Damage issues will be part of your daily tasks.</li>
<li>You'll be asked to accurately identify units for storage or shipment</li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Being comfortable with heights and repeatedly lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuvering product 150+ pounds unassisted or via team lift is A MUST.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">We encourage you to wear comfortable clothing to move around the warehouse safely while you work.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">You'll need to read and comprehend English to ensure your safety and the safety of those working around you.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">At least 6 months cherry picker / forklift experience is needed.</span></li>
