The research team was stellar and provided the mentorship I desperately wanted. They provided constructive feedback on my work and guidance on being successful in the industry. The company culture was supportive and great. They wanted you to be happy and go home at the end of the day. I felt like a part of the team since day 1. They also let the FTE employees roam free without and responsibility.
