This is w great place to work. It's amazing how buying even something small like a candle or set of glasses can brighten up someones day. The managers are amazing and the co workers are do kind.

Great. Only left because location closed and didn’t reopen close by. Managers kept up with personal life and made sure everyone was kept on track and given opportunities to move up in rank if interested. Offered a raise just after 9 months of working.

Product Knowledge learning was always helpful.
Management usually seemed overwhelmed, and not always helpful.
a lot of employees without direction.
So many returns back to back they could have really had a separate line just for that.
The beautiful merchandise was always enjoyable to see.

Enjoyed the team over at Stanford, CA. My general manager was a blessing to work alongside. He always made sure I was taken care of, even offered coffee in the mornings when I would assist with store openings with him. I loved doing the monogramming/embroidery custom pieces for Pottery Barn Kids items.

An 8/10 place to work.

It was a fun place to work. The only down side was management constantly pushing the brand credit card and the P.O.S. system not working, making it very difficult to close sales or loosing them all together. Also when days were slow it was very stressful. Other than that I enjoyed my time there.
