Job Role Summary
Works with Focus systems vendor support team to ensure smooth working environment. Supports LVC +FVC Focus users with training, sharing and issue resolution. Conducts Focus system governance activities”
Job Role Responsibilities
•Lead global improvement projects, global processes & system management
•Provide system support: issue and enhancement management, metadata and group maintenance, monitor system reports and identify potential issues
•Access Administration: register/modify user access, conduct periodic access reviews
•User support: Monitor support inquiry mailbox, respond to user questions/issues, promote best practice sharing, conduct user training as needed
•Prepare system usage reports and metrics
•Maintain system documentation

Job Role Summary We are currently looking for supply chain planners to join our new organization in Buenos Aires!
In the Lubes Operations organization we obsess over the customer and brand experience, looking to deliver an unrivaled customer experience and maximize earnings. From the Supply and Demand organization we have a unique opportunity to push towards this goal.
Job Role Responsibilities • Accountable for supply chain plans, including demand plans, inventory builds, capacity constraints and production requirements
• Action product shortages to advise distributors/customers for product availability
• Collaboration with other supply and manufacturing teams to update / confirm relevant systems when products are added/subtracted and reformulated. Also support runout activities.
• Analyze network data to optimize sourcing by minimizing cost and satisfying customer demand.

Job Description

Job Description
Subject matter expertise for analytics tools, dashboards, and data requests
Accountable for data integrity and ensures that data is available, accurate, and accessible to user groups
Develops and communicates consumer data driven insights
Analytical support for ad-hoc marketing queries and report extracts
Prioritizes and assists with data requests and analysis
Provides training and support to the marketing organization to drive adoption of data analytics tools and resources
Technical support and troubleshooting to remediate any technical issues with tools, data feeds, and extracts

Champions education, understanding, and adoption of consumer data and advanced analytics across the marketing organization.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Date Science, or relevant field with at least 3-5 years of data analytics experience
2+ years of experience with front end data extraction and visualization tools (e.g. Power Pivot, Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, SQL)
Leadership, supervisory experience
Strong analytical capability, market analysis, business acumen
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to pivot, adapt and reprioritize based on business need
Quantitative analytics and structured problem solving experience

Job Role Responsibilities
Assist Lubricants Sales/Marketing/Operations Senior Manager and collaborate with his/her core team by:
Developing and updating business key performance indicators, metrics, business priorities, monthly highlights, scorecards, customer presentations.
Preparing and updating presentations for management reviews.
Supporting agenda, content development and/or facilitation of Leadership Team meetings including meeting follow-ups.
Leading development of functional employee touchpoints. This includes developing the yearly event plan, the respective agenda, content and logistic coordination for different types of employee forums.
Developing materials of a non- financial nature for speaking engagements.
Supporting stewardship and reporting processes.
Drive customer/market/product profitability assessment and insight analysis by:
Performing customer segmentation process.

Communicating with Sales/Marketing regarding potential business insights and impacts across the Business Unit.

Job Role Summary Support investment & pricing analysis
Job Role Responsibilities
Revenue Mgmt: tactical work investment and other tactical pricing analysts
Provide commentary on alignment of pricing proposals with pricing strategy, where required
Retro-active pricing DOAG review and tool maintenance for non-CRM requests
Manage the price request template (PRT) or other forms to evaluate deals for non-CRM countries
Update pricing support tool data tables (Capital Evaluation Tool, PRT, MAT, etc.)
Provide feedback and insights to Brand Revenue Managers regarding effectiveness of Pricing Architecture
Gather and consolidate market insights from reporting tools to aid BRMs/RMOs
Provide guidance to business on use of pricing systems and tools (e.g. Capital Evaluation Tool, PRT, MAT, etc)
Ownership of CRM related activities, such as data maintenance and administration, as defined in CRM processes
Implementation of CRM specific functionalities / processes, such as Mass Price Change, Price Lists, Amend Price Lists, QLPCM, etc.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences
3+ years of experience
Excel, Tableau, SAP, presentation applications, other Revenue Management tools, analytical skills
