Don't make the mistake of joining Yeti if you already have a job. They fall in love with you during the interview process, hire you, and then lay you off within 18 months of starting. They've done this to numerous executives and engineers (greater than 15 so far that I know of in the last year). Do not be fooled by what they tell you in the interview. Beware! Working at this place is the biggest regret I have in my entire career. Upper management is not transparent, people stab eachother in the back behind closed doors. This place is toxic.
