If you care about customers, you must improve the app. App = user experience (you don't want bad user experience). 🚀 Claudiu Fratila Open 0.0 113117440021254027053 Open Feb 20th, 2021 10:24AM Feb 20th, 2021 10:24AM Senseonics
nyseamerican:sens com.senseonics.gen12androidapp Aug 12th, 2020 12:00AM Open 2.0 There MUST be a notice from teaching personal that all the power saving settings must be explicitly disabled for Eversense app. First few days were a complete frustration when I had to wait a few minutes to get my phone connected via Bluetooth ( I've seen many comments related to it in here) But that's another story The real point is that I thought freestyle libres app was bad.. It'd be helpful seeing MySugr Team getting to work on Roche's native Eversense app. Omg it's just miserable Ole G Open 1.0 115789926016818359304 Open Feb 20th, 2021 10:24AM Feb 20th, 2021 10:24AM Senseonics
nyseamerican:sens com.senseonics.gen12androidapp Aug 7th, 2020 12:00AM Open 2.0 Not even thought about UX, far miles away from Dexcom app for example. The system itself is accurate, but app is bad, really bad, and feels it compatible for android 4. nyseamerican:sens com.senseonics.gen12androidapp Feb 8th, 2020 12:00AM Open 1.0 This is a review of the app, not of the Eversense system or the effect on blood sugar values: There is several points that stick out to me: 1) User experience: The user interface could be designed much better. The design looks rather old fashioned. Furthermore, there can be an overload of messages (e.g. over night) even though the messages do not apply any longer. It takes some time to understand where you can find important stuff in the user menu. 2) The app is lacking the possibility to export data. I would like to save the data as *.csv or in any other usable format to do data analysis. 3) The app is lacking support for android wear. No possibility to have your blood sugar values displayed on a watch. From my point of view, this should be state of the art for an app like this. 4) The app can have a hard time to connect to the transmitter. Even though you use all methods like rebooting your cell phone, switching bluetooth off and on, closing all other apps running, etc etc, it might take up to 5 minutes to get a connection. This is a random thing. In some cases you get the connection instantaneously. In general: It seems that there is not really any interest by senseonics to develop an app that really adds customer value. I've been using this app for more than a year and I have not seen any progress in features (although there have been lots of valuable comments and reviews). - Talking to customer support of Roche about eversense, people tell you that they are aware of all the challenges, however, Senseonics is working on its own and "sets its priorities differently". dj Open 4.0 107508964044731600062 Open Feb 20th, 2021 10:24AM Feb 20th, 2021 10:24AM Senseonics
Can someone from Eversense please provide support? Y O Open 1.0 115542876971264418371 Open Feb 20th, 2021 10:24AM Feb 20th, 2021 10:24AM Senseonics
nyseamerican:sens com.senseonics.gen12androidapp Dec 30th, 2018 12:00AM Open 2.0 UI is very bad. Need more ways to customize the notifications, ie hide them. But most of all the UI needs work. Also start to support the Android OS more, as we lack quite a few of the ios features. Veeh V Open 2.0 117104854292648805856 Open Feb 20th, 2021 10:24AM Feb 20th, 2021 10:24AM Senseonics
nyseamerican:sens com.senseonics.gen12androidapp Dec 20th, 2018 12:00AM Open 2.0 need to develop capability for sharing, so others can review the blood glucose from their own device as well as capability for blood glucose trace to show on notification bar in android. Would also benefit from better/more analysis and display of blood glucose results over set time periods in order to better identify patterns and therefore make adjustments. nyseamerican:sens com.senseonics.gen12androidapp Dec 18th, 2018 12:00AM Open 2.0 Could really do with some UI changes like a consolidation of the top 3 event additions (glucose, meal and insulin) in one screen. Also when adding a glucose value, get the last BG reading (as on the calibration entry) form. Finally, when are you going to make this a more Insulin pump friendly app? nyseamerican:sens com.senseonics.gen12androidapp Oct 23rd, 2018 12:00AM Open 3.0 The app is great and life-changing. The sugar level is way much better since my wife has the sensor and app. BUT, Android has a lot of opportunities, which the makers of the app didn't use. - there is no widget, you need to open the app every time. - You can't share your data with your partner (on iPhone you can). Possibilities (on Android): - sugar level on the status bar - sugar level on the lockscreen (daydream) Because the lack of these very easy making add-ons, 3 stars. Otherwise most probably 4-5. Many plusses: - Sensor locator when putting the receiver (great!) - Adjustments of the notifications - Graphs on the phone and in the browser, if you sync. - etc... Great work (widgets please and sharing with partner - must have :)) Adnan Huremović Open 5.0 116316314995679594746 Open Feb 20th, 2021 10:24AM Feb 20th, 2021 10:24AM Senseonics
