Upper management is really struggling with Vicon. CFO Shane and his puppets are clowns, they gossip and goof around most of the day. Most of the 10-year employees are quitting because the company is nose diving. The leadership here is poor at best. Upper management constantly cleans house and lays off VPs and employees. There is no genuine stability or long term position in Vicon, 10-year employees say they're constantly on egg shells and we have seen many faces come and go. Also there's no lump sum granted for time-off, you have to slowly accrue all of your PTO/sick time. Look for an employer that values their workers are people, that is not Vicon they view their employees as replaceable robots. Avoid Vicon.
