Description
The SBA Credit Analyst assists with maintaining overall compliance of the existing SBA loan portfolio.Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure financial statements, tax returns, recorded documents and UCC ticklers are current and properly maintained.Assist with follow-up on any delinquent loan accounts.Handle all servicing requests (including, but not limited to deferments, collateral, substitutions, restructures and assumptions) requested by a borrower.Collect and analyze annual financial information from clients.Monitor loans for possible risk rating changes. Monitor classified loans on a quarterly basis using the Special Attention Cred (SAC) Report.Monitor and maintain performance-based loans according to policy.Conduct post-closing audit to comply with credit display and loan authorizations.Monitor and maintain performance-based loans according to policy.Demonstrate a satisfactory understanding of and adherence to Bank operational polices and applicable compliance regulations as they relate to the specific job duties assigned.Demonstrate a satisfactory understanding of your duties and responsibilities as it relates to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering Act (AML), Patriot Act, and Office of Foreign Assets Control Regulations (OFAC). Description
The SBA Loan Processor is responsible for processing and closing SBA 7(a) and SBA 504 loan requests. The SBA Loan Processor works with both internal and external customers and vendors to efficiently expedite the SBA loan process and deliver a timely and accurate client experience.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork closely with internal staff including but not limited to underwriters, business development officers, fund control staff and management.Review the loan file and prepare a list of items required to close and fund the loan; communicate requirements and loan status clearly, concisely and logically.Prepare loan for submission to the SBA for the issuance of an SBA loan number.Prepare SBA AuthorizationsOpen title and order preliminary title report as appropriate; review and make changes as necessary.Review and accept entity documentation such as articles, by-laws as well as partnership and LLC documents.Review initial and final recorded UCC searches.Ensure compliance and adherence to SBA SOP and SCCB credit policies.Verify cash injection in accordance with bank and SBA requirements.Ascertain insurance requirements and obtain hazard/flood insurance as required.Obtain and review escrow instructions.Prepare and complete loan document requests; ensure that loans are documented correctly to ensure conformance with SCCB and SBA approval and conditions.Coordinate closing with borrower, title/escrow and/or business development officer.Review executed closing documents to ensure all required signatures, notaries, and/or witness signatures are properly completed.Prepare loan file for pre-funding review.Prepare accurate and complete boarding packages.Recognize and proactively resolve potential problems in the loan closing process.Maintain accurate pipeline reports; meet monthly loan closing and loans in pipeline goals.Demonstrate a satisfactory understanding and adherence to Bank operational policies and applicable compliance regulations as they relate to the specific job duties assigned.Demonstrate a satisfactory understanding of your duties and responsibilities as it relates to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering Act (AML), Patriot Act, and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations. This includes participating in any required training and promptly complying with all reporting requirements.Demonstrate a satisfactory understanding of and adherence to EEO/AA policy.Make a personal contribution to the Bank's Cyber Security efforts through your own observation, suspicion and vigilance. Technology and management controls have a significant impact, but spotting a potential threat is the final line of defense against threats that make it through those other controls
