As a teller your pay does not reflect the amount of work you do on a day to day basis. As a small community bank we lose a lot of customers due to our market area. Should consider expansions.

Great place to work. Everybody is friendly, the bosses are great and have your back. I worked here throughout college and would recommend.

Westbury's system as a whole is kinda dated, and not as advanced as some banks. They need to work more with your PTO. Once you run out, they're very unflexible.
