HR and branch mangers are known to be racist. There's no minorities in upper management. HR is biased and racist. Branch mangers are racist and is not afraid to express that to you. No training was involved during my onboarding and was told to figure things out on my own. Absolutely no coaching in the branch for career advancement. IF U ARE A MINORITY DO NOT APPLY IN THE LACKAWANNA REGION. You will be singled out and treated harshly.
