HR was very rude and careless. They assume you are an idiot in every email. Constant pressure from higher ups to meet sales goals. No real incentive to meet or exceed sales goals. No real focus on customers needs anymore with integration of new accounts.

Sending angry emails and bullying your branch managers and employees for sales goals is unprofessional. Be better. Actually learn what customers need before implementing new accounts. Recurring training would be extremely beneficial for all bank information as a refresher. More job opportunities shared within the bank would be nice. HR team needs to stop being so rude in their emails to employees.

The management and staff are dedicated to providing good service to the community. There is a huge amount of loyalty from employees. Despite the pandemic the board of directors was determined to not down size or reduce staffing hours. They did a great job moving to a work from home process where it was possible.
