Co-workers are great and make it a fun and efficient work environment. Schedule is pretty flexible with whatever you have going on in your life.

GMs are not good leaders and have no idea how to lead a group of people. They will lie to you and gossip behind your back constantly causing a divide among managers and workers. 24 as a whole is a terrible company. Its a scam with how they constantly change their prices and screw over older customers who paid a set fee in the past but now it won't be honored and their membership fees are constantly raised. Most gyms are extremely dirty and don't even think about using the bathrooms or aqua areas. Corporate does nothing to fix any actual problems going on with the gyms and its no surprise locations are constantly closing. I highly DO NOT recommend working here unless you absolutely need a job or flexibility.
