I worked for 24 for about a year. It was my first training job ever and I was expecting to have coaching from management on how I could begin my business on a successful path. Unfortunately, that’s not quite how it was. I felt like I was thrown into the middle of the pit and forced to figure it out. Great place to work if you have previous knowledge on how to start up your training business.
