Visit www.4Cinsights.com for more information.ABOUT THE ROLE:This individual will be part of the 4C product team, and act as the primary liaison between 4C Product-Engineering and Client Product-Engineering-Ad Sales team to bring the cross-screen advanced TV and digital video product to market.  This position will be located in Mumbai, India at client location.  This individual will have responsibility for understanding, documenting client requirements with detailed use cases, product requirements, and functional specs as well as communicating with engineering teams, driving implementation and customer on-boarding, and training client teams. RESPONSIBILITIES:Be part of the 4C product team and serve as the primary liaison between 4C Product-Engineering and Client Product-Engineering-Ad Sales team to bring the cross-screen advanced TV and digital video product to market.Understanding, gathering, documenting, and communicating product requirements effectively to cross-functional teams and facilitate feature, and product roadmap prioritizationPartner with Client Design/UX team to provide input on product design to ensure it meets business and consumer needsDrive customer and internal stakeholder communications as well as training (including Sales, Marketing, Engineering & QA) as the product line interfaceManage and complete tasks associated with the following by working with cross-functional teams:Requirements definition, review, prioritization, and implementation planningGain client, customer and sales validation during planningQA releases as product owner acceptanceFeature/function roadmap: reviews across product line, collaborate with other senior cross-departmental team members to drive implementationPost-launch monitoring of product ROI and customer feedback: Track PBIs and prioritize course corrections for the productOthers, as assigned.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:BS/BA in Engineering or Computer Science.  MBA preferred.2-4 years of applied professional experience in Product Management and Project Management1-2 years experience in the linear TV and/ or in the Digital Video advertising space in IndiaStrong understanding of Digital Video media buying and selling, programmatic advertising technology solutionsExperience with TV viewership data and BI tools such as Tableau is a plus.Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. The role is responsible for driving revenue by expanding direct brand and agency sales penetration through direct selling efforts, and the guidance of account management teams. This individual will be tasked with handling paid social advertising activity directly with brands and within existing holding company relationships.  RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage overall client relationship to ensure client satisfaction and overall revenue growth.Develop and execute prospecting strategies for unsold brands both outside and within assigned Agency groups.Must take lead in team selling environment.Achieve the assigned revenue and accountability quotas.Direct account managers to ensure proper focus and selling strategies.Work closely with the Client Success team to insure proper customer satisfaction.Produce proposals in the agreed upon format that reflect the client’s scope of work for each sales opportunity.Produce meeting minutes in SFDC outlining the client interactions, outcomes and actions.Collaborate with finance to produce contracts in accordance with the scope of work and with company policy.Maintain proper reports and gather competitive intelligence as directed by the sales organization.Maintain and produce expense reports as directed by company policy.Up-sell new products (using internal subject matter experts or other internal resources as necessary).Others, as assigned.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:BSc/BA preferred in a field such as Business, Marketing or Communications.Have in-depth knowledge of high-level selling techniques to include prospecting, strategic selling, presenting and closing.Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SFDC applications required. Fluency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.Five years or more of sales experience to executive level agency contacts. Customer centric personality, high drive and self-starting experience required.Advertising/Digital Media experience crucial for success in this position. In particular, Social Ad and/or TV sales experience. Preference for a knowledgeable, well-connected industry insider who understands the dynamics of the Advertising marketplace.Board-room presence, team-oriented, customer-focused, industrious, ambitious, organized, ability to work independently and organize workload efficiently. Be able to manage multiple projects. Be action and results oriented.
