I first worked here out out of high school. It was a great first job especially for someone interested in arts and crafts. I loved helping customers find what they needed for their projects. The work was well structured and the pace was not overwhelming. Pay was average. Great co-workers.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The beautiful items that they sold and the employee discount. It also was a fun job!! If you wanted to learn something new every day, it was a great place for this!
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
When the company decided to go bankrupt. Definitely the most stressful times there fo or me. The holidays were nowhere near as stressful as the liquidation sales!!
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
At the end, I felt like it wasn't that great!! Alot of people depended on their jobs...and weren't that happy at all....

Just a typical retail cashier job. Chronically understaffed. Interesting customer base. Your experience there really depended on who the manager was. We had some bad ones and some really good ones. Kinda sad to see it go.

It was your typical retail job where you had to deal with general public. Original manager was cool, but it fell apart once he was replaced by a different one who was obsessed with beating the numbers of other locations.

All around not a great company to work for. Poor pay, poor benefits, the owners make decisions that cost the company and then recoup those losses by laying off full time employees. Awful
