Changes have happened in the org with leadership with the focus is more on a product first customer acquisition model. For sales, the lead flow has gone down and are going through a non-commissioned sales team.

Not the best place, but could be worse.

AC is more reactive vs proactive, to say the least. The managers are great, but as you climb the ladder, there tends to be a lack of understanding from a human perspective. There was a lot of turnover and to this day seems to be hush/hush. Many of the reps are unhappy, and as the company started to bring in new UPPER management, communication got lost over time.
Understanding when working in tech the diversity will be lackluster. But, having a lack of people of color in management is still very sad. Less than 5% of the company is Black, given the headquarters is in Chicago.
Again, the entire makeup of AC is bland at best and is easily 10 years behind being an environment that genuinely displays diversity and inclusion.

Overall Good company to work for. Job security is an issue since I only worked there for 6 months and was laid off with a lot more others. Changes occurs very rapidly and most of the time, Leadership is not in tuned with the employees

AC is very fast-paced, you will often be tasked on 10 different projects at the same time just to keep up with the changing operations. It's fun to work there but there are way too many leaders (all have their own initiatives) and way too little analysts to do the work and keep up with the cleanup.
I think this would get better in a few years once the company gets more mature and they go public (hopefully)
