Summary AFC is looking to fill the role of Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) in Region 1 covering MA, ME and potentially other locations. The FBC will directly report to a Director, Franchise Operations and will provide operational analysis and educational training to franchisees. The FBC is also responsible for, among other duties, maintaining and enhancing existing business operations of franchise centers. The FBC will work directly with franchisees to help them maximize the revenue and profitability of the center and territory through corporate program promotions, marketing, building & improving best practices and processes, business strategies and ongoing training. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct regular on-site visits and audits of assigned Franchise centers Ensure physical facilities and business operations of assigned Franchisee locations comply with Franchisor standards.
