Seriously don't do it. It's an extremely toxic environment. Everyone is against each other. Management doesn't manage anything, they point blame on you all day. There is an 85 person turn over in the past 5 years and no one has looked into that. I'm not making those numbers up! 85 people. Doctors want to quit! No one stays for more than a few months if that. Go somewhere else.
