Good group dynamics and mentoring
|
I am very content with the group dynamics, and especially pleased with the mentoring practices at the firm to get new people trained up. It is overall a very positive and welcoming workplace.
One downside is that the firm is quite top-heavy depending on the department. Additionally, the firm still struggles with a few issues concerning pay equity and fairness across employees of the same level/qualifications --not specifically regarding DEI, but in general.
