I opened an account with them and the first time they locked my account for 3 months. I called and emailed them about my account being locked and ask them to unlock it and how long it would it take to unlock it they could not give an answer. It wasn’t until 3 months later they sent me an email to unlock my account. Right my account is locked again and I called and email them they couldn’t give an answer on when my account will be unlocked it’s been over 6 months and I’m still waiting this is ridiculous at this point. What kind of bank is this I emailed them countless times and they say the same thing in every email they send me. I wouldn’t advise anyone to bank with them.

You locked my account and have not given me access to my account for more than 6 months and locked away my cash with it!! That’s a scam to me, you promised to send me a check containing the amount that was locked away as soon as you closed my account. Have contacted you several times concerning this issue and no response. Your services are poor!! I regret banking with Aspiration truly.

Download a different banking app this is my second time trying and I still can’t even add my bank account due to the fact that they don’t actually have ‘effortless connection’. They can’t even connect to Capital One or the other major banks for you to add your a bank account. I tried online and the app itself. They have a 5 star rating from bots don’t be fooled.

I’ve been with aspiration for three years I tried to deposit a check and 10 minutes later I got an email saying my account is been locked all my money in my savings has lost I shouldn’t have made them a primary bank. I can’t even call them and ask a question about it, don’t use them

As a business owner, do not apply nor waste your time with Aspiration. The $200 sign-up fee still has not been issued after spending over $6500 within the month timeframe. I have spoken with customer service multiple times and nothing has been rectified.
