Associated Physicians Group (APG) is a health care practice focused on improving our patients’ quality of life. Our team approach combines the expertise of a family practice physician, interventional pain management physicians, physical therapists, advanced high-tech rehabilitation equipment and chiropractic medicine. This collaborative approach to healthcare is not only more efficient – it’s more effective at achieving the best possible long-term outcomes for our patients. Associated Physicians Group has 5 offices serving patients in the Metro East St. Louis Area: Alton, Columbia, Edwardsville, O'Fallon and Swansea.
We offer the following:
Pain Management
We have helped thousands of area residents reduce or eliminate their pain without the use of long term pain medications. Our pain management program consists of thorough evaluation of the cause of pain, immediate pain relief when possible and long-term rehabilitation for permanent relief.
Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation
The APG physical therapy & rehabilitation team is comprised of Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants who are dedicated to treating, healing and preventing injuries.
Primary Care
APG primary care physician Dr. Christopher Green has been in practice in the Alton area for over 35 years serving the primary care needs of thousands of area residents. He practices a "whole person" approach to medicine-- treating the entire person rather than a list of symptoms.
Chiropractic Medicine
The Chiropractic Physicians at Associated Physicians Group work in tandem with the medical and physical therapy staff to develop individualized treatment plans as needed for each patient.

APG has three Pain Management/ Physical Therapy Metro-East Facilities, in Edwardsville, Swansea, and O'Fallon Illinois and a knee pain relief/physical therapy only clinic in Creve Coeur, Missouri.
APG also has Primary Care in Edwardsville and Maryville, IL.
