Astrodyne TDI is a custom designer and manufacturer of innovative power solutions for demanding applications worldwide.
The Company’s products include power supplies and EMI filters which are utilized in a wide variety of markets including industrial, medical products, semiconductors, consumer appliances, military and aerospace applications. Astrodyne TDI has corporate headquarters in Hackettstown, New Jersey. In addition to the advanced design and manufacturing center in NJ, we also maintain two wholly-owned facilities in China – one in Shenzhen dedicated to design and production of power supplies, and one in Kunshan devoted to EMI filter design and production.

With over 50 years of power supply design experience, Astrodyne TDI is headquartered in Mansfield, MA and has engineering and manufacturing centers in the USA and China.
Our power products are found in some of the most demanding situations including semiconductor manufacturing equipment, life-saving heart assist devices, medical carts, surgical tools, ion and proton beam steering (magnet driving), oil & gas exploration equipment, in-flight aircraft entertainment systems, missile and radar systems, satellite communication systems, and electric vehicles, irrigation systems, as well as test and measurement devices.
Our EMI filter solutions are applicable to any consumer, industrial or military application such as exercise/fitness equipment, consumer appliances, test and measurement equipment, telecommunication systems, elevators, renewable energy inverters and many military/aerospace designs.
Our advanced engineering design centers are located in Hackettstown, NJ, and Shenzhen China. With leading power supply industry veterans, our design teams utilize state-of-the-art technologies to provide unique solutions to difficult power conversion requirements.
Our wholly-owned manufacturing facilities in Hackettstown, NJ, Edison, NJ and Shenzhen, China, and Kunshan, China focus on high mix power supply and EMI Filter production. The facilities are ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified to ensure the highest quality and consistency. The facilities share common capabilities, allowing for redundant manufacture, USA or China manufacturing location choice, and general manufacturing flexibility for customers worldwide.
