The benefits are amazing (10+ weeks for maternity leave, 2 weeks for paternity leave, and everything else)! The busy season hours are the best considering they are an accounting firm (55 hours a week starting January 15th through April15). Half day Fridays typically start in June and will last until the end of August. The work life balance isn't great during busy season but it could be worse. It's a very laid back firm with good amount of PTO and summer flex hours which is a nice perk. It's a good-sized local firm that's been growing so if you're in tax or audit you would have more potential at the firm.
