My immediate managers, colleagues and strategic management were welcoming and encouraging throughout my time there. I have had no negative experiences here and would recommend them as a really great place to become part of. I have been here long enough to know this place knows how to treat their employees. We are doing big things in a fast paced environment. That’s rewarding. Excited to see where we are in another year. They promote within and I see it time and time again at our weekly company meetings. Yes, we have weekly company meetings and they are packed with all sorts of awesome stuff. Company seems to genuinely follow its values - Talented, collaborative, engaged, and friendly team - Continuous learning and growth throughout the company - Supportive of employees' life choices and career path interests - Numerous perks: snacks, catered lunches, swag, company-expensed purchases of work-related items - Company has been supportive of remote work options during COVID, but it feels as though it will not be if/when we move on. I find this super inspiring when I see it. - Encourage employees to be open about it when things go poorly and explain their frustrations. It doesn't seem like anyone in the company is saying "only talk about the positives, don't bother anyone with the negatives," but it also sometimes feels like that mindset is somewhere in the team's collective subconscious. I worry that this disguises problems that should be out in the open. Work hard and play hard is the norm. Moving fast (daily, monthly, quarterly) as an individual as well as as an organization. Great ability to move around and move up if you do well. People like spending time together - working and not at work. It can be hard to find time to take off relax. You have to make it a priority yourself. It is encouraged and supported, but making the time can be challenging sometimes.
