<h4>Our ideal SDR is a team player who can demonstrate the ability to work alone and be a productive team member, and that loves closing deals using complex market research and focusing on continuous learning and improvement.</h4>
<h4>As an SDR at Binah.ai, you will be responsible for servicing outbound/inbound sales and related inquiries, focusing on engaging and qualifying all prospective customers.</h4>

<h3>As a Sales Development Representative, you will:</h3>

<li>Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward</li>
<li>Consistently perform effective outbound/inbound sales calls on a daily basis in line with targets provided</li>
<li>Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs</li>
<li>Achieve growth and hit both sales and leads targets</li>
<li>Support senior sales teams and sales representatives on inbound leads, as well as with outbound lead generating efforts</li>
<li>Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new leads</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>1+ years of experience in a B2B startup company as a Sales Development Representative</li>
<li>BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field</li>
<li>Flawless communication skills, both written and oral</li>
<li>Salesforce savvy- a must</li>
<li>Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects</li>
<li>Successful previous experience as a Sales Development Representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of customers</li>
<li>Working knowledge of the enterprise software market or the ability to learn new software quickly</li>
<li>Spanish (and other languages)- an advantage</li>
<li>Sales experience in the field of Digital Health - advantage</li>
