I liked bite squad the first 2 times I used them. But now I'm continously being charged for a meal I ordered over a month ago. So far I've paid an extra $40 for a $10 meal. I've had to cancel my bank card and order a new one to avoid all the access charges I get at least once a week. Customer service just blew off my requst to cancel my subscrition. I'll never use bite squad again.

Have had many good deliveries but tonight a MAJOR FAIL! ordered food, waited, app said delivery happened. NOT! NO FOOD! After waiting over an hour and a half for delivery , nothing! Texted help via the app, told driver couldn't be reached. So, cooking dinner instead - soo-- not happy! No stars! We were trying to have a nice dinner for early Valentines day due to not being home on the actual date. So disappointing!

BE AWARE OF HIDDEN BOOKING FEE! Even with a "free delivery" coupon, my $20 dinner order becomes $30. Even Doordash and uber eats with delivery fee is cheaper than them. Biggest scam ever.

Worst customer support and broken website easy to hack. Account was hacked for the third time. I go to change my password again, but can't because (presumably the hacker) used the forgotten password feature to obtain mine so can't change my password for 24 hours so I decided I was done with it. Asked to delete account. Can't delete account while there are saved Credit Cards on it. Okay delete credit cards, can't do that while there are 15 pending orders (all declined by my CC company)

The app is fine, the buisness is terrible! We have never had a good experience using this delivery service, between missing items, lost orders, and delivery that take over 2 hours. We will use Uber Eats or Door Dash over Bites quad any day!!! When things get messed up Bitesqjad staff always blame the restaurant. Your only option to make a complaint it to instant message, which takes forever and usually doesn't resolve the issue. Huge fail on the buisness in our opinion.
