Ok entry level- mid pay- poor leadership

Glorified call center where leaders love to micromanage and play favorites. You don’t have to do your job well, be mid and learn to kiss a**. You are under constant surveillance. Just do what you have to do and move on to the next department. But u basically have 2 options, Analytics or IT - and it will take longer than they lead u to believe.

Great pay and very nice career plan.
|
Unfortunately I had to leave the company before 2 months but it was the best company I ever worked in terms of compensation. You will work a lot but you will get paid a very decent salary. Micromanagement can bother you a bit but managers get paid really well so they feel threaten and scared to lose the spot from the little I was there, but everyone treats you with respect.
