The employees have an amazing rapport with each other that makes joining them for a summer seamless. They give you real projects that have a purpose, and are always excited to answer questions and discuss anything that interests you. I would highly recommend working at BCRF as an intern or employee to anyone who likes a familial, friendly, and collaborative environment that truly works hard and makes a difference. The office layout was small. The company could be a great place for high school or college students to volunteer or intern. The mission was for a great cause to help fund research to find a cure for breast cancer. The work hours were great. I received a misleading job offer about the length of project. Great people to work with for the most part. Everyone really cares about the mission and want the organization to do well. They put on great events for their donors. Terrible environment. Most people are unhappy and working long hours. Employees have great ideas but they are not heard by management.
