- WFH is awesome
- benefits are great: tech stipend when you start, monthly WFH stipend, 100% covered health insurance, fertility benefits, mental health coverage, one medical membership to name a few
- opportunities to grow if you step up and ask for it
- so many opportunities to learn and build your skills
- WLB (when projects slow down, WLB is great)

can feel under-appreciated at times an example from outside of work: the company Christmas party was virtual so all could attend but was during a time when some of the customer support agents were still on the clock so they missed out on this event

take care of your customer support agents and listen to their ideas - the company could run a lot smoother
Train the agents in an actual meeting with new updates instead of doing an online course and keep them in the loop, so many times we had bad interactions with customers because we were not kept in the loop on things happening in the company

I learned a lot from my time at Brex. Like most startups, things moved fast, and I always felt challenged.

While I say feeling challenged is a pro, I suppose it can also be a con. There was no status quo. Again, like many startups, things changed fast and it can feel like you are always playing catchup and fixing things retroactively as opposed to being able to operate proactively.
