What you will be doing:
Consistently drive NOI at the property level
Lead internal and external professionals through effective mentoring
Be a resource for 3rd party managers, regional and property level teams
Deliver senior housing sales leadership
Manage expenses demonstrating competency in all aspects of the seniors housing operations
Oversee the creation, management, and updating of investment proformas, budgets, schedules, financing scenarios, and joint venture waterfalls
Apply deep understanding of seniors housing operations toward complex operating assumptions within the investment proforma

Excellent analytical aptitude

Opportunity to work with Bridge Structured Finance, the in-house mortgage brokerage arm of Bridge Investment Group. Analyst role is available for the need of obtaining financing for senior housing acquisitions.
Position Summary
Looking for an individual proficient in Microsoft Excel who can analyze and understand financial models.
Strong communication skills to effectively work with our acquisitions team and lenders is necessary.
Responsibilities of the role include:
sourcing financing terms from various lenders
negotiating terms with lenders while maintaining strong relationships
understanding and providing necessary information to lenders for their review
working with commercial office acquisitions team to meet strict deadlines to close transactions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in accounting, finance, economics, or real estate)
Proficient in Excel and Outlook.
Previous experience in the banking industry preferred
Commercial underwriting experience preferred
