<p>As a Technical Owner (Java Software Engineering Lead) you are trusted with the design and development of web or mobile based products that delight our clients and scale out to millions of users. Your responsibilities include leading a high performing team to take products and features from inception through agile development and into our client’s and their employee's hands.</p>

<li>Foster innovation through forward thinking enhancement design and analysis</li>
<li>Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members</li>
<li>Collaborate and communicate with other business stake holders to create high-level design concepts</li>

<li>Develop core web application changes using JAVA and XSL,</li>
<li>Test and document coding changes</li>
<li>Present application enhancements to team</li>

<li>BS in Computer Science, MIS, or Computer Engineering </li>
<li>8+ years’ experience in Web and Large Scale Enterprise Application Development</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge of JAVA, SQL, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTML5, or Swift</li>
<li>Experience with LINUX, Eclipse IDE, CVS, XSL, and Atlassian Suite is a plus</li>
<li>Ability to grow strong, self-directed Engineers.</li>
<li>Highly motivated, Innovative, self-directed thinker with an eagerness to stay up-to-date with current trends and a desire to impress.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Any experience with development in the following areas is helpful:</li>

<li>Maintain accountability for inbound and outbound files as well as billing data loads</li>
<li>Maintain client billing setup and completion of the billing process schedule per best practice</li>
<li>Complete all billing data loads, all billing process schedules and risk mitigation daily</li>
<li>Create invoices for clients to bill for services or products</li>
<li>Review invoices to ensure that clients are billed accurately and make retroactive adjustments as needed</li>
<li>Collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends to prepare accurate billing reports</li>
<li>Complete risk mitigation reporting to include audits, team activity and case manager reports</li>
<li>Communicate daily to alert team of issues or red flags with client data or files; reviewing warnings, errors and file failures during daily stand-up and identifying team members responsible for resolution</li>
<li>Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments</li>
<li>Identify root cause of any systemic issues</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><u>What you need to make the cut:</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business Systems, Finance, Accounting or related field of study</li>
<li>2+ years’ experience with either HRIS, payroll, benefits, insurance, and/or carrier systems and processes</li>
<li><strong>Individuals with accounting or finance experience are also ideal!</strong></li>
<li>Experience within the benefits, Human Resources, or health care industries is desired</li>

<p><em><strong>As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will create processes and operational efficiency for marketing and sales to create repeatable, measurable programs that produce highly qualified leads and drive bookings. You will develop and drive scalable processes that ensure best practices in B2B lead generation, database management, and marketing campaigns. You will also conduct complex data analysis that will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders from across the company. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once across teams.</strong></em></p>
<p><strong>The Gig:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage technical aspects of marketing tech stack used to generate, distribute, and report on leads and opportunities – evaluating new technologies, applications and best practices to optimize marketing team performance</li>
<li>Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in Account Based Marketing (ABM) principles, campaigns, sales plays, and lead management</li>
<li>Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing and sales database</li>
<li>Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization – translating complex data into summaries for different audiences including senior leadership and across teams</li>
<li>Support collection and aggregation of marketing spend, ROI and Revenue Attribution to determine effective use of marketing dollars – producing metrics, robust KPIs and scorecards – to report to leadership marketing and sales activities’ effectiveness and business impact</li>
<li>Provide value to the sales and marketing process to increase lead/pipeline velocity and drive revenue by running campaigns and sales plays – exploring data to find trends and understand the impact of events and programs have on target audience</li>
<li>Act as a project manager across multiple teams – managing prioritization of projects, track and deliver critical projects on time and drive collaboration and communication across marketing and operations</li>
<li>Track and manage leads through the marketing to BDR to sales funnel to identify top lead sources by quality, quantity, cost, etc. – analyzing key decision points to influence lead management and scoring</li>

<li>Bachelor's Degree required</li>
<li>3-5 Years experience in a Marketing Operations role within a SaaS company environment</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis</li>
<li>3+ Marketing and sales automation systems, HubSpot and Salesforce is a must</li>
<li>3+ years' experience Account Based Marketing experience with Bombora and Terminus preferred</li>

<p><strong>The Gig:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Answer inbound calls professionally, with high energy and a positive attitude and a little charm</li>
<li>Respond accurately and thoroughly to caller inquiries and document call detail accordingly</li>
<li>Must be a resourceful and creative problem solver. Things go wrong. But you should be looking forward to anticipate areas of concern or risk. When unanticipated issues come up at exactly the wrong time (as they tend to do), you should be world-class at quickly and constructively working with members of the team to find solutions.</li>
<li>The ability to jump in and help out. This is a “roll up your sleeves” position, and you’ll need to understand our business, our clients business and processes so you can help others effectively do their jobs.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance in all areas of processing, completing all transactions timely and accurately</li>
<li>Perform a variety of daily operational tasks and work with carriers to correct export and import error reports</li>
<li>Take accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure</li>
<li>Work under general supervision following established procedures</li>

<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience </li>
<li>Experience with COBRA Administration, Verification Services, Retiree Services, and Document Fulfillment a significant plus</li>
<li>Can self-start and maintain a positive, upbeat attitude</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and organizational skills</li>
<li>Strong written and oral communications (email/phone)</li>
<li>Competitive, team player who strives for excellence</li>
<li>Flexibility with scheduling and daily duties and ability to adapt to change</li>
<li>Ability to use Windows and Internet web-browsing applications</li>
<li>Proven customer service experience with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills</li>

<p>The Senior UX Researcher will the lead user experience researcher for our web and mobile based benefits administration platform. This researcher will be responsible for designing and conducting user-centered research studies as well as analyzing and effectively sharing findings with the UX team and other product stakeholders. The Senior UX Research will need to have a deep understanding of various user research methodologies and experience in each. </p>
<p>This position will be a critical role as our product team continually improves our core product and identifies opportunities for new products to better serve our customers. Successful candidates must be motivated seekers with the ability to work with minimal supervision.</p>

<li>Work closely with UX Designers, Product Managers and Product Owners to help drive research and validation activities throughout each phase of a project</li>
<li>Design and conduct various research and validation studies, including user interviews, usability testing, contextual inquiries and analytical analysis.</li>
<li>Clearly and effectively summarize and communicate findings to project team and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Perform heuristic evaluations of web and mobile applications and features</li>
<li>Provide research leadership within the organization and product team, advocate for user-centered design and research and coach others to think like a researcher</li>
<li>Able to travel occasionally for in-person research or testing (up to 20%)</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What you need to make the cut:</strong></span></p>

<li>Bachelor’s Degree</li>
<li>Passionate about user experience and motivated to ask questions and find answers</li>
<li>5+ years experience conducting user research for web based products</li>
<li>Deep understanding of user research methodologies and human factors</li>
<li>Able to perform all research activities within a project cycle: create plan, recruit and schedule participants, moderate study, report summarized and detailed findings, present and share insights with others.</li>
<li>Experience with remote research tools</li>
<li>Experience or knowledge of cognitive psychology and biases a plus</li>
