There have been so many issues for BF ever since the company went public. They just recently sold Complex after only having it for ~3 years and the company is still in debt. I can’t imagine the company being able to bounce back to the way they used to be, which means that even if you happen to have an interview here, proceed with heavy caution that you might not last long here.
There is never clear or transparent communications from leadership, and there were times where we were left hanging. Layoffs are so frequent that everyone is constantly worried for their jobs, and it doesn’t matter your level/seniority/work ethic, they will cut whoever.
