Awful Company with Toxic Culture
|
This company has a problematic culture that fosters unhealthy competition between teams. Many managers seem to have been promoted accidentally and lack essential management skills. They are often inexperienced and unskilled. Work-life balance is not prioritized here. Additionally, numerous meetings are scheduled late in the evening to accommodate employees working in China or Singapore. Overall, I would advise against working for this company if possible.

Hipocresía, mal liderazgo y ambiente toxico

Pros:
Sueldo arriba del promedio, prestaciones superiores a las de ley, modalidad hibrida 3 días en oficina, estacionamiento, reembolso por home office. Recomendable solo para hacer dinero.
Contras:
Pésimo liderazgo, no lideran con el ejemplo, tú Group Leader no te dará Coachings o los cancelara (yo tuve cinco coachings en 15 meses (que yo tuve que preparar y presentar) pero no te dicen algo está mal hasta tu evaluacion de desempeño.
Sino eres amigo o tienes una relación con tu group leader, entonces tus performance reviews no reflejarán lo que tus resultados. Cualquiera puede escalar a otra persona sin evidencias, solo basados en palabra y generalmente ocurre si no les gusta la calificacion de su evaluaciòn de desempeño y esos comentarios tienen más peso que los resultados obtenidos.
Si haces bien tu trabajo y te preocupas por la gente e intentas aprender de ellos, ser humano y empatízar, tomarán cualquier comentario para sacarlo de contexto.
Es una cultura de chismes, en la que todos los puestos participan, todos hablan mal de todos a sus espaldas y RH hace caso a comentarios sin evidencias.
No creas en el bono anual que te prometen, puesto te lo descuentan del reparto de utilidades. Es casi imposible obtener un aumento, debes tener 3 evaluaciones de desempeño con la más alta calificación (y las opiniones poco objetivas de tu group leader y equipo, valen más que los resultados del año) y aún así eso no lo garantiza ya que se manejan por bandas salariales.
Te piden poner de tu dinero para planificar y realizar eventos, pero no te dan CFDI de esos reembolsos lo cuál es contra la ley ya que es imposible declararlos al SAT como debería de hacerse.
Las evaluaciones de desempeño están condicionadas ya que no más de X número de personas por oficina pueden obtener buenos resultados por lo cuál la mayoría de los empleados tendrán calificacion de regular.
Olvídate de crecimiento, ningún TL ha podido crecer.
No existe un scorecard para evaluarte como Team Lead, es más un concurso de popularidad.
Revisen LinkedIn y veran que la mayoria de gente en TikTok tiene el membrete de buscando trabajo.
