<p>As a Senior Manager for Service Network and Operations, you will be responsible for setting up a service network for BYTON. Doing so you will coordinate required tasks e.g. creation of repair manual or diagnosis and align with engineering and other relevant departments. <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>

<p>QUALIFICATIONS</p>

<li>Experienced Aftersales Manager with a large premium dealership or highly preferred, an OEM:</li>
<li>5 years experience in Aftersales operations with recent experience in raising service centers, Aftersales for NEV and Aftersales of Premium Brands;</li>
<li>In depth knowledge of Service in the US; in particular, steering of dealerships, dealers, network strategies and related processes;</li>
<li>Perfect understanding of needs of US Customer for Aftersales and detailed knowledge on legal requirements;</li>
<li>Strong network within service industry and relevant stakeholders;</li>

<p>Job Description: Battery Management System (BMS) control system engineer who is highly organized and structured to deliver an on-time and high-quality product.</p>

<ol>
<li>Responsibilities</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Work on BMS architecture design and coordinate with Cell team and electrical team to meet system level targets.</li>
<li>Develop and document system and software level requirements for BMS.</li>
<li>Define functional safety requirements for the BMS.</li>
<li>Conduct and support BMS Hardware-in-the Loop (HIL) Testing.</li>
<li>Act as a key interface to the Vehicle Control Unit technical team.</li>
<li>Work cross functionally to ensure that battery meets powertrain and vehicle level requirements.</li>
<li>Define the feature matrix of high voltage battery system and develop function rollout plan.</li>
<li>Design test plan such as EOL, DVP, UN testing to identify opportunities for design improvements.</li>
<li>Create DFMEA for high voltage battery system and BMS.</li>

<li>Candidate Qualification:</li>
</ol>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Master’s degree in electrical engineering or other related engineering.</li>
<li>7+ years of experience in product development environment preferably with an experience in systems engineering.</li>
<li>3+ years of experience as an automotive high voltage related system including battery management system (BMS)</li>
<li>Experience with system level troubleshooting problem resolution</li>
<li>Structured thinker and clear communicator.</li>
<li>Be able to adapt to dynamic environment and be open to challenges.</li>
</ul>

<p>Nice to Have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience requirements management tools such as (Doors or Polarion) will be a plus.</li>
<li>Knowledge of network-based communication protocols, including CAN</li>
<li>Experience with ISO26262 will be a plus.</li>
<li>A successful track record of product development experience from prototype to production</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and team-working tendencies.</li>

<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Specification of driveline requirements (performance, efficiency, durability, NVH and related attributes) for all Byton vehicles, in dialogue with other relevant teams.</li>
<li>Development of supplier partnerships to satisfy identified requirements.</li>
<li>Management and development of an appropriate team in multiple locations to integrate driveline systems at all stages from advanced prototype through to manufacturing implementation.</li>
<li>Delivery of appropriate test plans to validate the fulfilment of program targets.</li>
<li>Coordination of the interface of the driveline system with other teams to ensure good interdisciplinary practices and the successful integration of drivelines into Byton vehicles from a package, mechanical and systems performance perspective.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with regulatory and in-house standards.</li>
<li>Maintenance of an excellent understanding of electric vehicle driveline technologies to ensure a successful future strategic pathway.</li>
<li>Demonstration of Project Management skills with emphasis on commercial awareness, accountability, product, process and quality, trade-offs; and timely delivery; including the development and management of appropriate status, risk identification, tracking and mitigation plans.</li>

<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>

<li>Bachelors (required) or Masters (preferred) degree in Engineering or related field</li>
<li>10+ years of delivering technical products through a team</li>
<li>Experience of managing a team of Engineers (required), Supervisors/Managers (preferred)</li>
<li>Experience in working on EV/BEV/HEV/PHEV programs strongly preferred</li>
<li>Experience in Production Launch or Manufacturing preferred</li>
<li>Demonstrable experience of budget and target management</li>
<li>Relevant technical and professional accreditations</li>
